    Certified 100Cr6 bearing steel, verified for chemistry and cleanliness before it enters the line.

    Precision Cutting

    Blanks cut to accurate lengths with smooth edges, keeping material flow consistent batch after batch.

    Heat Treatment

    Controlled hardening and tempering to 58–62 HRC for a tough core and wear-resistant surface.

    Centerless and profile grinding hold the taper angle, crown and micron-level diameter tolerance.
